I am born and raised in the Fraser Valley, and I have watched this area grow and literally transform over the decades.  My family moved to Langley’s Willoughby Heights when I was 14 years old, and I have wonderful memories of my youth, growing up in a great area...  

I am an SFU grad of the year 2000, holding a B.A. with an English major/ psychology minor.  I have 7 successful years of experience as a Realtor.

 The properties that I sell are not the center of my business; rather, the individual clients are the actual core.  To become a truly successful Realtor is to be aware that this business is about client relationships first.  I approach my work by first listening… trying to understand the individual situation, needs, priorities and concerns at hand. I have a wonderful, growing list of loyal clients ... 

Even though I try to enjoy my work, I take my job very seriously.  I take pride in a reputation for being thorough, devoted and reliable.  

I am a residential Realtor specializing in Langley and Cloverdale, but I continue to do a fair volume throughout Surrey, South Surrey and the rest of the Fraser Valley.  I am expert in all areas of residential Real Estate, including strata properties, detached houses, small acreages and also have experience in residential development/ land assembly. 

I have won Prudential sales achievement awards for the last 3 years,

including the Prudential Bronze Leading Edge Award.                                   

I was pictured in the Globe and Mail for as one of Canada's top Prudential Realtors for 2006.
